He's a new crimeboss in Gotham who has decided to take over Joker's control of the criminal world--and while he's at it he's going to take Joker's woman oh my! For whatever reason, Kyouya is in need of her super awesome criminal mastermind services (shhh, it's a fantasy so she's allowed to be more than a henchwoman) and they're trying to negotiate the terms of her employment. He's refusing to meet her fee, she's not agreeing to anything less than her terms, so he offers to make up the difference WITH HIS BODY ooh the scandal! Harley thinks that's hilarious. Kyouya makes a scowly face and is all "Well, I'll show her who's boss!" and proceeds to try and top her hard. Then they have hot hot sexin' on his desk while fighting for dominance while all his nicely organized files and memos get messy and ruined.

It really should not have been easier to make up a fantasy for a tree than for Ricochet but what can you do, eh? Anyway.
